I’d been really fortunate and all of the gluten free recipes I’d tried since my diagnosis had turned out really well. Some were definite keepers and some were just OK but until now none had been trashcan worthy.
This was my attempt at a Danish Pancake. It looks pretty good right? It looked good and smelled delicious but the texture was horrid and there was an overwhelming egg taste.
If you have a tried and true Danish (or German) Pancake recipe (that doesn’t taste like an omelet) and feel like sharing – please do. 🙂
