Todays treat is courtesy of Celiac in the City – well really her grandma. She posted her grandma’s Monster Cookie recipe a while back. It requires no flour at all. The only thing I changed from her recipe was subbing cashew butter for the peanut butter and leaving out the chocolate chips. These were amazing – or in the vernacular of the teens these were amazeballs. 😉 Everyone loved them and they are definitely going in the treat rotation around here.

While we’re looking at these glorious morsels of deliciousness can we discuss the new M&M’s mix? What is up with the new colors? Is this a forever thing or some kind of promotional thing? Love the purple and aqua but M&M’s, I’m not a fan of the pink at all. Even if I could get down with pink M&M’s in my mix, the color on these completely washed out during baking.
